Wheat flour 250 g
wholemeal flour 150 g
warm buttermilk or whey 250 ml
warm water 190 ml
pressed yeast 30 g
honey 0.5 tbsp. l.
salt 1 tsp
ground white pepper 0.5 tsp
water for lubrication

Cooking method
