Cooking method

Cut the meat into cubes, fry, add the onion in thin half rings, boiling water and simmer for an hour and a half until the onion dissolves. Luke will not be visible at all! - for me, for example, this is a huge plus, I hate it and pick it out from wherever I see it. Salt the meat, add carrots in cubes (the size of a green bean, so that then everything is homogeneous and beautiful) and simmer further. And finally, frozen green beans, garlic, pepper and another 10-15 minutes until cooked. That's all, the dish is ready.

To be honest, for the first time I bought this meat according to this recipe ready-made - I wanted something new. I liked it and decided to do it myself. In my opinion, it turned out even better than in the original.

Why is meat called red - I don't know myself, don't ask :). It was just called that in the original. Before that, I had never, by the way, tried green beans, but here I liked it, and even my husband liked it - and he is a big conservative in food and rarely agrees to eat anything new.
