  • Good day, dear forum users! I dare to offer you, our family's favorite recipe, lagman with chicken. I'm just mastering my Cartoon, but I really wanted to experience and share this recipe with you.
  • So:
  • We knead the dough on the egg (since I was preparing this recipe for the first time in a multicooker, I started the dough too, to put it mildly). Knead the hard dough. We leave him to rest a little.
  • In the meantime, we chop the legs into portions (I divide the thigh into two parts and the drumstick itself also into two parts. If the thighs are large, it is possible into three). Pepper, salt, I also like to add ginger, but this is not a matter of principle, for an amateur. Fry in butter until firm golden brown, but not until cooked.

  • It is more convenient for me to do this in a frying pan, but advanced users will certainly be able to use the oven mode. I put the chicken in the bowl. I spread sour cream on top (I had buttermilk 25%, 350g).
  • We roll out our dough. This is where the whole secret lies !!! Since the dough is only on the egg, without adding water, it is extremely difficult to roll out. But the result is worth it !!! Roll out the layer 1-1.5 mm thick. Grease thickly with squeezed garlic. And put on it finely chopped onion (lightly salt the onion, pepper).

Since I fried the chicken in a pan, so that the most delicious would not disappear, fry, added a little water to the pan, stewed it and poured it into the multicooker bowl. When I did all this in a saucepan, the water evaporated and after cooking there was practically no water left. But this trick did not work in the Cartoon. There is a lot of liquid, although this did not negatively affect the taste of the dish.
