Kefir 200 ml
Flour 300-350 g
Salt 0.5 tsp
Egg 1 PC
Filling
Boiled potatoes 500g (or as needed)

Cooking method

  • I really love dumplings and I love hand-made. I love boiled dumplings in water, I love steamed, it's always delicious and warm at home.

  • I knead the dough either in a bread machine or with a chopper, and then I dominate the dough with my hands.
  • Boil the potatoes, knead them in mashed potatoes with the addition of butter or sunflower oil.
  • Finely chop the cabbage and mix with mashed potatoes.
  • We shape the dough into a sausage, cut the sausage into segments and roll the juices. On each juicy we put the filling, we do not regret it, we put it so that the mouth would be happy and we make the dumplings with a "cap".
  • We boil in a way convenient for you.
  • I boiled in Brand 6051 on Zharka.
