  • And again I - with my rolls and sushi. I decided to try to make tempura rolls. It turned out unexpectedly. I thought it was more complicated. Instead of tempura flour, I took regular flour
  • Our Ingredients

  • We cook rice using classic technology. In a multicooker on the Buckwheat mode 400g of rice with 600ml of water. After the cartoon finishes the process, let the rice reach for 10-15 minutes and add the dressing. As an experiment, I tried to create a dressing according to the following recipe (for 400g of rice)
  • Rice vinegar - 60 ml.
  • Sugar - 80 gr.
  • Salt - 35 gr.
  • Mix everything, keep on fire for 2-3 minutes, until the sugar dissolves and the dressing is transparent.
  • In no case should you heat for longer and do not let it boil, otherwise the dressing will evaporate and just sweet syrup will remain.
  • Refrigerate.
  • I never put it on fire. Mixed everything in a mug and heated in mikruh, then dissolved all the ingredients with a spoon
  • Some very noticeable difference from what I had not felt before, to be honest
  • After adding the dressing, stir the rice so that it is evenly saturated and leave it alone - cool to a comfortable temperature

  • Cooking the filling. Cucumber and pepper - straws. Cut the crab "meat" into smaller pieces and mix with a little mayonnaise

madames, I started with a mat, but I never got it, the situation is similar to yours. Either the hands are not from there, or the patience is not enough.
Now I twist only with a rug from the set - it is noticeably easier to twist and the rolls are smoother.
And there is less trouble.
Now I cook rice only in a cartoon - I threw it and forgot it. And the result is the same in comparison if cooked on the stove. No different.
