Cooking method

  • Put the sourdough, smelt and bread flour and malt extract into the bucket of the bread machine. (if there is no malt extract, you can add a spoonful of honey or brown sugar) Chia seeds are also an option. Since the flour is different for everyone, I write about the kolobok, there is no kolobok when the sourdough is mixed, but the kolobok should be very soft after half a batch of bread. I tried to siphon the bread out of my bread machine, which is generally 1.5 kg of bread. I photographed at work a little hump, which I took with me. Delicious!!!!!
