Ingredients

egg 4 things
semolina 2 tbsp
fatty cottage cheese, not dry 1 kg
almonds, peeled, ground on a coffee grinder 200 g
rum 1 tbsp
vanilla pudding (40g cornstarch + vanillin) 2 pack
butter, room temperature 125 g
lemon juice 1 PC
sugar 200 g
raisins optional

Cooking method

  • I have never cooked cottage cheese pie (or, in our opinion, casserole) with alcohol, lemon juice and almonds. It turned out very tasty, although I would have reduced the sugar a little ... it is very sweet when it is warm (for my taste), and when it is cold it is almost normal, but you can also reduce it a little.
  • Beat eggs, butter and sugar until fluffy. Add everything else and leave for 30 minutes. I still went through the immersion blender for uniformity. We bake in an oven preheated to 175g for 60-70min. Quantity per form with a diameter of 24cm. I made half a portion, 10 hearts came out in silicone molds, baked for 30 minutes. Serve with berries and chocolate sauce (milk, sugar, butter and cocoa with the addition of cornstarch).
