Flake biscuits 2-component

Ingredients

Test proportions:
Instant cereal flakes 1 glass
Ripe banana 2 pcs.
Optional:
favorite filler (nuts, seeds, dried fruits, chocolate) no more than 1 handful
a pinch of salt

Cooking method

  • This inhumanly difficult cooking cookie should be done like this:
  • We heat the oven to 180 degrees C.
  • (Or we heat up a waffle iron or some similar electric device.)
  • Line a baking sheet with oiled baking paper.
  • We take a bowl, fork, some kind of measuring spoon (for example, for ice cream).
  • Cooking the ingredients: We measure the flakes (I tried both oat and rye), peel the bananas, knead them with a fork in a bowl, add flakes and filler to them (I tried with raisins and chocolate, and I put a pinch of salt in any desserts), stir roughly ... That's it, the dough is ready.
  • Scoop up the dough with a measuring spoon, scoop it out on a baking sheet at any distance from each other (do not grow), press down the future cookies with the same fork / spoon.
  • We put in the oven for 15-25 minutes - the smaller the cookies, the shorter the baking time. (The author suggests 15 minutes, but for me the cookie was still "alive" and I finished drying it).
  • We take out when done and cool on a wire rack.
  • See below for the whole process in pictures.

Mikhaska
Arka, Natasha! Wonderful cookie! Thank you! I took it to the storerooms.
Tell me please, are the cereal after baking a little harsh? Or did you grind some of them a little (as the author advises)?
And one more thing: did you bake right away, or did you let the flakes swell a little in mashed bananas?
The questions are silly, but nevertheless ...
Arka
Mikhaska, bake to your health! An excellent, and most importantly, non-spoiled, way to dispose of overripe bananas.
You don't need to hold the dough, you can bake it right away.
The author recommends chopping the flakes a little, only if they are not instant.
Therefore, I used non-boiling flakes and did not grind anything.
The biscuits are soft and especially tasty when warm.
With chocolate filling, crispy crust.

Arochkagive a fuckaLuyu !!!

Cookie ottaketskoe !!!

I baked something similar according to our recipe Alexandra ... only in that performance there apples play the role of bananas ...

I will definitely fulfill the recipe you proposed, they like this with me, yes ...

By the way, such a cookie and raw foodists even Mona, only for my brothers in mind, those cookies will take a long time and boring dry in a dehydrator at low temperature not higher than 40 gr. ... just now I was drying orange cookies in my izidri, my hamsters, who are never my brothers in mind, have lost their cookies at the speed of sound ...
Arka

I myself ate a couple of spoons raw. Why? Mixed myself with banana flakes ... isn't it muesli?
Happy N.G.
Ikra

Natawhat a cool recipe! And suitable for a dehydrator !!! Thank you!!!
Happy New Year!!!! Health, happiness, luck and well-being of your family !!!!
Arka
Girls, thank you all for your interest in the recipe! He attracted me with his ugly simplicity. You don't need to get your devices dirty, or keep them in the refrigerator. And what a composition! No butter or sugar. A nutritionist's dream! And bananas always remain with us. We love slightly unripe ones with greenish tails, but they will lie down for a day, and that's not the same.So I was tormented all the time where to attach them. Well, the end of the torment

Happy New Year! More love for everyone, there is never enough of it
mamusi
Arka, Natasha, it's good that you sent me to your profile! This is what I marveled at there! Mom, do not cry! My head swells from Ideas and Plans.
Soups, cheese cakes, cauliflower!
I'll start with this cookie. But first I'll buy bananas. Eh, I was in the store yesterday, but I looked and decided that I didn't want bananas yet ...
Ikra
How well the cookies surfaced again! It's time to lose weight again)))))
By the way, even if you have long-cooking flakes, and you don't have the strength for extra body movements, just leave the dough for a short while, at least half an hour, so that the flakes are soaked. If the juiciness of a banana is not enough for you, drop a couple of tablespoons of kefir, yogurt, yogurt, milk, juice, compote ... Whatever liquid comes to hand.
mamusi
I baked it.
Instead of a banana (well, I haven't bought it yet) I took apricots.
It turned out great. I added sesame seeds and a bit of broken chocolate.

Arka

Margaritaand here you?!
When did you have time?
I sent you to Chucha in meatballs, and not to myself. Or was it a long time ago? I don’t even remember.
And your cookies are cool! And even with chocolate! beauty! Thank you for bringing me

Well I sent you to Chucha in meatballs,
And I have already returned from there!
And RYCEPT already dragged TUDY from there.
Aha!
We are smart people!
mamusi
I baked them again. Not cookies - just a find!)))
Banana + flakes + peanuts (chopped lightly, added salt.)
Elya_lug
mamusi, and did you try to cook in a waffle iron?
mamusi
Elya, nope, no normal waffle iron for medium or thick!
For thin there is but somehow ...
Didn't try in one word.
And you?
Arka, Nata, I want to add that last times the cookies became moist after cooling. And I do not like it ...
And yesterday, after 180 * 15 minutes, I took them out, thought, thought and set them to 100 * for half an hour. Precisely to dry! And I liked it!)
Such as I wanted, I dried them almost to the state of "kozinak".
Hurrah!

Elya_lug
mamusi, no, I first saw the recipe. I have for thin and thick. Maybe I'll try on the fat ones.
Taia
Bookmarked the recipe. As an option, bake it in a waffle iron, I'll wait for a response.
I bake a similar recipe from oatmeal. And I want to recommend frying oatmeal before cooking in a dry pan until golden brown. This moment significantly improves the taste of baked goods in the end.
Elya_lug
In general, you need to do, just a couple of bananas are missing, which hardly anyone will already be eating.
Taia
Elya_lug, please write down how it will turn out in the waffle iron.
Elya_lug
Taia, Taya, as I do, then surely!
Elya_lug
Girls, I report, it turned out great in the waffle iron.
composition: a glass of flakes, two small bananas, half a glass of chopped walnuts, two tablespoons of sesame seeds, 0.5 tsp. vanilla in essence, salt, 1 tbsp. l. rast. oils. the plates are also oiled. I applied 1-1.5 tbsp. l. It bakes quickly. Output 8 pieces. The waffles are soft, with a distinct taste of banana and nuts, I can't hear sesame seeds. Fast and tasty, I will repeat.

Arka, Thank you
mamusi
Elyaare they crispy or soft?
Elya_lug
mamusi, soft, thickness half a centimeter.
mamusi
No, I don't like soft.
The beauty of the oven is to set it to 100 * and dry it to a "specific state".
I will do this.
Thanks for the experience.
Elya_lug
mamusi, well, yes, a matter of taste, I like soft things more, and I will never turn on the oven in the summer, the waffle iron rules.
