Girls, did anyone use such dishes? They gave me a bain-marie. There are no instructions for use or preparation for use. In tyrnet I found only a bunch of negative reviews on these food warmers, supposedly bursting literally during the first or second use. Now I'm even afraid to try. Leave it as a salad dish?

I only have a pancake maker of this company, I like it, or rather a pan for pancakes, I also bought all sorts of chopping boards, in general small things

Ksenia, I know that bain-marie dishes can be heated up to 75-80 degrees. It is used to maintain a certain temperature of the dish. I don't think they put it on an open fire. Heating only ..

Food warmer to keep warm. In canteens on the serving side, remember met. table, And pans of all calibers are stuck into it. Probably this one should also support t.
Maybe just an instruction to the bain-marie? I think other nicknames. also have. I'm on a Beagle. I saw different ones and metal ones too.

I couldn't find the instructions. The people just complain that they burst on the table, literally in 5 minutes, like candles are lit, that is, not in the oven.
cake machine
Yeah. And I had. Handsome. Mom gave it to me. Immediately put it on the table. Burst in an hour. I think it was for liquid or for meat with sauce. Because the ladle came in the kit .. I decided to buy an iron one.

Nunifigasebe !? Is there a site in Russian? Maybe they can ask why the entu thing is produced and how to handle it?
In my opinion, it was cooked and put into it (it should be warm), for a beautiful presentation of the dish.
Or maybe not?

Of. there is a website. We need to see if they have any feedback.
cake machine, I have no ladle. What, did you have something thick?

We kept the kebabs hot. I have not looked for the site. Need to search. I also understand that this one is adapted for keeping the dish hot ... but in practice it was wasted money. Or maybe we did not use it correctly ... Nigdezh does not have exact information on operation

The dishes should be warm, transfer hot food. The saucepan will gradually heat up and then light the candles. As far as I remember, it is impossible for it to be cold.

Oh girls, I'm sorry, I misinformed you. I had a different company bain-marie. Woman Firms This is our mistake. We didn't go through the dishes. Here is bliiin. It's a pity how. Very handy thing for feasts

Urrrah! Understood!
And the manufacturer must make recommendations.

Yes of course. There must be a note that the product should be placed in a warm dish in order to maintain the temperature on the candle ...

I didn't have a cheap frying pan from this company. Ceramic coated. After a month and a half, I threw it out - it began to stick literally after a week of use.
In general, the store, in my opinion, is unjustifiably expensive, a similar product can be found better and cheaper.
For food warmers, as well as for all ceramic items that are used for heating. First, the dishes need to be warmed up for 10-20 minutes, pouring hot water into it, then transfer the hot food there, and only then put it on heating on candles. Firstly, this will not waste the heat of food on heating a bowl of bain-marie, and secondly, avoid temperature extremes and splits.
We have their store in Auchan, whenever I start some wishlist from their assortment, I go to Auchan itself ... Or it passes while I walk there, or I find something similar much cheaper

Yes, Irina, there is also a lot of negativity in the reviews about pans.
In general, for myself I do not see the need for it, I never even wanted to.Once given, I thought to use it, but now I will not bother with the use for its intended purpose.
Babushka
I want to protect the pans of this company. Here I wrote in February 2013:

Quote: Babushka

I have several ceramic ones: Moneta stewpan (fry and carcass), 1 year, normal flight; Lamark grill (grill steaks) for several months, normal flight; Fissman pancake, several months, normal flight. : fly: I use all of them several times a week. Before that, I used Tefal all the time, but the quality deteriorated a lot and had to be changed VERY often. So far I am satisfied with the ceramics. There are no stains, no burns, no scratches.
The Fissman pancake pan still fry pancakes 2-3 times a week. Does not stick. For some reason, I cooled off to the Tefal pancake maker - I didn't quite get used to spreading the dough for large pancakes and I bake large ones only in a frying pan.
Babushka
This is what I decided to do now:

Fissman tableware

Babushkaprobably still depends on the dish series. Some successful, some not. Thank you for showing your frying pan, we will know that such are good.
