Mini Cupcakes Harvest

Ingredients

Butter 160 BC
Brown sugar (used regular white 120 g) 130 BC
Eggs 3 pcs. (it turned out to be 160)
Wheat flour for general use 150 g
Baking powder 1 ¼ tsp
Salt ⅛ h. L.
Warm milk 80 g
Rum extract (added vanilla sugar instead) 1 ½ tsp

Cooking method

  • Turn on the oven at 175 C.
  • Thoroughly grease the mold and sprinkle with flour (I only greased it with butter).
  • Beat the butter with sugar for about 3 minutes, until it is light and fluffy, periodically stop the mixer and peel the butter from the sides of the container so that everything is beaten evenly. Add eggs one at a time and beat thoroughly after each.
  • Reduce the speed and add flour, baking powder, salt, milk and rum extract (I added a bag of vanilla sugar instead, so I immediately reduced the total amount of sugar in the recipe by 10 g). At this stage, just stir, so that only everything is combined into a homogeneous mass.
  • Divide the mixture evenly between the cells of the mold.
  • Bake for 20-22 minutes (I baked for 25 minutes).
  • Allow to cool for 10 minutes (the instructions say 15 minutes) and transfer to a wire rack to cool.
  • Can be glazed or decorated as desired.

The dish is designed for

6 pcs. to ~ 110 g.
