sour cream 100 ml
currant 200 g
baking powder 1 tsp
salt pinch
lemon zest 1 tsp
rosemary for decoration

powdered sugar

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs with sugar, zest in a food processor until fluffy. Melt the butter and add to the eggs with sugar. Mix well. Mix flour with baking powder and salt. Sift into the bulk. Stir until smooth. If the currants are frozen, mix them with 1 tablespoon of flour and add to the dough. Mix gently. Pour the dough into a greased and floured dish.
  • Bake the cake at 170ºC for 1 hour. Willingness to check for a dry match. Remove the finished cake from the oven, let stand for 5 minutes. Then turn over onto a wire rack and allow to cool completely.

I stirred it very carefully, though it was not very uniform of course - with currants then))))). Let's see what happens! But thank you! next time I will know!
