  • Prepare a marinade for roasting beets.
  • Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar (or honey), Provencal herbs, a sprig of rosemary, frozen cherries, Adyghe salt, soy sauce, a little red wine, frozen herbs (parsley, dill) or dried - mix it all well with a fork before combining Beets baked in marinade (side dish or warm appetizer)... I don't write proportions, because we love the taste sooo bright, but we cook weak - younger children can always try. I prefer balsamic and sugar to prevail. But my husband still peppers himself pretty much on a plate. Focus on taste - after all, you can add something or, on the contrary, subtract it at any time. There should be a lot of filling so that the beets are well saturated with aromas. If you are completely strained with frozen cherries, they will go dried soaked in wine and water. in extreme cases, a simple raisins!
