Cabbage Pie in Princess Pizza Maker

Ingredients

your favorite dough for biscuits or pizza 300 g
fresh cabbage optional
raw eggs 2 pcs
grated cheese taste

Cooking method

  • I used to cook this pie using yeast, thinly rolled pizza dough from the instructions for the "Panasonic".

  • And I did not regret it at all! The pie turned out to be tender, airy, fragrant!
  • Making a cake is easy. Basically, because you can take almost all products in quantities that suit you personally and your eaters.
  • Shredded cabbage should be stewed a little in a skillet with a little vegetable oil.
  • Remove the pan from heat. Put the cabbage in a colander to drain the excess liquid.
  • Roll out the dough in the Princess very thin!... This is an important point! Otherwise, the thick layer of dough will absorb the cabbage juice. It will be hard. And it will not be baked at all. (And we don't need that?)
  • Raise the sides up to the edge of the pizza maker.
  • Grate on a coarse grater the amount of cheese that suits you in the filling (I put at least 300 g). We are cheese souls!
  • Mix the grated cheese with two raw eggs and a couple of tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise. Add the mixture to the cabbage.
  • Stir the filling, trying to evenly distribute the cheese mixture in the cabbage.
  • Put the finished filling on the rolled dough. Flatten.
  • Close the Princess and cook from a cold state for no more than 17-18 minutes.
  • Turn off the stove. Immediately remove the finished cake with two spatulas. It is better to cut and eat this pie thirty minutes after readiness.

Note

Be sure to follow my recommendation for baking time, because after the specified time, it may seem to you that the cake is damp and its bottom is not baked.
Don't continue baking! Feel free to remove the cake on a wire rack or board to cool it down.
The fact is that during baking, the filling slightly moisturizes the dough and creates a false impression of dampness.
After the cake has cooled for 30 minutes, the false moisture will magically disappear.
But, the cake will be juicy, aromatic and very tasty!
