Pudding "Nightmare" (Pudding-Schreck)

Category: Confectionery
Pudding Nightmare (Pudding-Schreck)

Ingredients

Dr. Oetker vanilla pudding 1 package
Dr. Oetker chocolate pudding 1 package
Milk 800 ml
Sugar ~ 100 g
Dark chocolate 50 g

Cooking method

  • Pour the powder from the bags into separate containers and stir each with 4 tablespoons of milk and 50 grams of sugar. Boil the rest of the milk and, while stirring, dilute the prepared mixtures with it, which then, with constant stirring, bring to a boil again. Taking one by one tablespoons of still hot pudding of different colors, pour it into a rounded shape with a diameter of about 20 cm rinsed with cold water and send it to a cold place for at least four hours to solidify. Melt the chocolate either in a water bath or in a microwave oven and, placing it in a pastry bag or syringe, form the handles, eyes and tongue on the baking sheet, which, by bending the sheet, give it a curved shape. Put the pudding on a dish, attach "decorations" to it, and make a "haircut" from the remaining chocolate.

Ha ha ha Lorik, another masterpiece out of nothing. I would definitely eat such a nightmare.

Thank you, Irochka! I am aware that the pudding itself, as such, is not a national German dish, but the recipe is taken from the German company D-r. Oetker, which has been headquartered since its inception, for over a hundred years in the German city of Bielefeld, and therefore, I think, like other international, but translated into German, recipes participating in the competition can take place.

Larissawhat a pretty nightmare, handsome! "Terrible" on the outside - delicious on the inside! It's funny! It's a pity to eat, just put on and admire! Thank you!

And the comrade (that is, I) does not understand ... the decorations are made of chocolate? Why are they blue?
Larochka, thanks for the recipe! As always, delicious and with a lot of imagination!

Why are they blue?
Blue? What are you? Apparently, my eye is "blurry", I don't see. I shot it with an iPhone in daylight, that's how it distorts me, but with electric it turns out too yellow ... But, however, for a nightmare, maybe it's nothing - blue?
And thank you all very much!

Lan, I won't! Jackdaw, look, the photo from the kitchen has been preserved - is it clear that the chocolate is not blue?

Cool nightmare !!!!! Larissa, today you spoil us with all sorts of festive differences. And I have just this Oberovsky pudding - heaps. In the Metro, I always take bulk packages. But I mainly use it for creams and casseroles. But it didn't work out exactly as a pudding. It will be necessary to try.

Larissawhat a cool nightmare! And the blue color suits him even more. I haven't made pudding for a long time, and when I saw this miracle, I immediately wanted to cook it.
