Ingredients

Sour milk (or kefir) 1 stkn
Egg 1 PC
Melted butter 2 tbsp. l.
Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Salt 1/4 tsp
Soda 1/4 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Flour 1 stkn

Cooking method

  • I want to share with you a wonderful recipe. The recipe is not mine, but I cooked a lot with it and with great pleasure! The pancakes really turn out to be very lush and very tasty. And if you add a chopped apple or berries to the dough, then you and your loved ones will not just be torn off from the pancakes! I sincerely recommend
  • Mix curdled milk with egg, butter and vanilla. Separately sift the flour with salt, baking soda and baking powder. Now the most important thing is to mix it together without kneading, that is, the dough should be only slightly mixed and look like "ugly lumps".
  • When this "ugliness" is laid out with a spoon on a frying pan, it smoothes out remarkably, rises and, with pleasure, is eaten.

You can try by reducing the amount of sugar, but I would not give up sugar altogether.

Thank you so much for the recipe! Since I first tried it, I have baked pancakes this way. My household is especially fond of the cherry option, I put a few berries in each pancake immediately after I put the dough in the pan. I use frozen cherries, pitted, only defrost them first.

Try another one with blueberries (frozen will work too). Mine with blueberries like it the most. Delicious with strawberries.
