Ingredients

Soft cottage cheese (Speisequark) 200 g
Milk or whey 100 ml
Sugar 50 gr.
Egg 1 PC.
Fresh yeast 20 g
Flour 300 gr.
Rast. oil 2 tbsp. l.
Salt 0.5 tsp
Vanilla sugar or extract
Marmalade optional
Large sugar for decoration

Cooking method

  • - Soft cottage cheese, if someone does not have, then wipe ordinary cottage cheese and add 1-2 tbsp. l. Mix sour cream and milk, dilute sugar, yeast, salt, vanilla in them.
  • - Add the egg (leave part of the yolk for grease), add flour and mix well. At the end, add butter, knead, collect in a dough in a lump, cover the bowl with a towel and remove to a warm place.
  • - Let the dough rise, my dough rose in 35 minutes.
  • - Put the dough on a floured table, divide into 3 parts. Roll out a thin cake from each part, grease with oil and cut with a roller into 4-6 segments. Roll each segment into a bagel and place on a baking sheet.

  • - Cover with a towel and proof in a warm place.
  • Bagels should be allowed to distance 20 minutes in a warm place! ... When the bagels come up, gently grease with yolk mixed with milk and bake in preheated to 170 gr. oven. Mode - convection.

  • Do not store sugar syrup bagels in a fully sealed container - sugar will drip.

Note

I will add from myself, if you grease the dough with butter, sprinkle with sugar and walnuts, it will turn out very tasty! Adjust the sugar in the dough to your taste, I had to add flour, the dough was not very sweet. I would add oil!
The amount of flour also depends on the moisture content of the curd.
