Cottage cheese muffins with raisins in Garland

Ingredients

homemade cottage cheese 250 g
granulated sugar 200 g
butter (softened) 120 g
egg 3 pcs.
premium flour 300 g
baking powder Dr. Oetker 1 bag (10 g)
raisins 150 g
cognac 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Rinse the raisins, pour over the cognac. It is better to do this in advance, for example, an hour and a half before baking.
  • Beat butter with sugar, add eggs one at a time, add cottage cheese, mix flour with baking powder and gradually add to the curd mixture. Dust the raisins with flour and stir into the dough. The consistency of the dough turns out like a very thick sour cream, it does not drain from the spoon.
  • She filled the form almost completely, baked at T 180 degrees. within 30 minutes.
