Ingredients

Mushrooms * 500 gr.
Potatoes 1 kg.
Bulb onions 3-4 medium onions
Sour cream 200 gr.
Salt pepper taste
Mushroom seasoning ** (optional) 2 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Finely chop the onion. In a deep frying pan (I have a cauldron), fry in vegetable oil until golden brown

  • Add diced mushrooms. Simmer for 30 minutes (if the mushrooms are raw) or 10 minutes (if the mushrooms are pre-boiled) under the lid. Add mushroom seasoning, stir

  • Cut the potatoes into cubes. Add to mushrooms. Fill with water so that it slightly covers the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender

* Any mushrooms can be used. I have a mixture of frozen forest mushrooms: boletus, boletus and a handful of chanterelles.
