I would like to share my opinion regarding the use of both of these bread makers. The experience was completely unexpected. So, I learned to bake bread and got sick with bread baking from this site. Thanks to many active users, whose advice and experience are invaluable to me - I will not list it so as not to offend and forget anyone.

So, my friend before Catholic Christmas bought herself a Panasonic 2501 on Amazon at a great price. She (a friend) is difficult to climb, so she offered me to master baking, and then teach her everything. I agreed.

For a month I baked Anadam's bread, wheat bread with semolina, Borodinsky bread in the bread maker, bread on the Sekova bakferment in this bread maker, kneaded dough for pizza ... In general, everything worked out with the site's recommendations on koloboks, etc.!

I decided to buy myself a Panasonic 2502. The main deciding factor in favor of the choice was the stainless steel case (not even a yeast dispenser, since I bake either with bacterial enzyme or with live yeast). He came to me this 2502 two weeks ago .... On the second bread with bacon enzyme, the machine began to shamelessly creak, the bucket twitched on the kneading .... I ran here to read the site ... I read it ... Rather, change this bread machine. Fortunately, where I live with consumer rights, everything is OK, changed. Today I tried out a new copy. Again it squeaks and does not smell like bread at home when I bake. I say because only yesterday I baked Borodino and wheat in semolina in 2501. Borodinsky was devoured, ordered to repeat. I repeated it in 2502 - well, I don’t know how to explain it, but not that! Although she did everything right and the flour is the same, and the water is the same, and the yeast is the same! And I feel that she already wants to start creaking, the bucket is too mobile (I remember how it was in 2501, but I control the kolobok).

In my hearts, I decided 2502 to finally return and climbed to look at prices for 2501 ... and, surprise ... The price of 2502 is now lower on Amazon than on 2501. In general, Amazon reacts very clearly to demand / complaints / returns and only lowers the price for goods that .... well ... have not proven themselves ...

And yet, one of the authoritative publications that tests equipment and selects the best copies of the year, put 2501 above 2502 for 2014.

He bakes excellent breads, the crust is uniform everywhere, and when baking, the smell of delicious bread is on the whole entrance. So I think that your sad experience with the bread maker is a rare case. I sympathize((

I totally agree with June and I subscribe to every word! My 2502 laborer works practically every day, and sometimes I load it more than once for kneading. And I want to add about the aroma of baked bread: I am going to work one morning on the bus, I decided to fix my fur collar, so a cloud of the aroma of freshly baked bread enveloped me, and not only me, because they began to look back at the women. And the fur coat was just hanging on a hanger.
