Polaris PBM 1501D. Wheat-rye yeast bread

Ingredients

Peeled rye flour 5 tbsp. spoons
Wheat flour / grade 475 g
Oat or wheat bran 2 tbsp. spoons
Water 350 mg
Dry yeast 2 tsp
Fine salt 2 tsp
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. the spoon
Sugar 1/2 tbsp. spoons

Cooking method

  • COOKING.
  • • Pour 5 tbsp into a large measuring cup (1000 ml). tablespoons of rye flour, then - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of wheat or oat bran, and then add wheat flour of the highest grade to the 600 g mark. You can mix everything a little in a measuring glass.
  • • I insert the bucket into the bread maker.
  • • Pour 350-360 gr into a baking bucket. water and 1/2 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil. Then I pour out the mixed flour mixture. And then, as in all bread makers, salt and yeast in different corners of the bowl.
  • • Now I select the programmed mode "Home Program".
  • • I choose programmed mode No. 15 "Home program". I press the “Start / Cancel” button for 2 seconds, the numbers 1 and 00 appear. This is the stage number and time.
  • • Using the arrow buttons "up", "down" I program the required time for each of the stages. Pressing the "Menu" button, I go to the next stage.
  • Program for each stage:
  • • 1. (Preheating) - 0
  • • 2. (Mix 1) - 15
  • • 3. (Exposure) - 5
  • • 4. (Mix 2) - 20
  • • 5. (Ascent 1) - 40
  • • 6. (Wrinkle) - 5
  • • 7. (Rise 2) - 60
  • • 8. (Wrinkle) - 5
  • • 9. (Rise 3) - 60
  • • 10. (Baking) - 80
  • • 11. (Heating) - 0
  • • 12. (Selection of temperature on the rise 1) - 25 degrees.
  • • 13. (Temperature selection on the rise 2) - 30 degrees.
  • • 14. (Temperature selection on the rise 3) - 35 degrees.
  • • 15. (Temperature on baking) - 145 degrees.
  • The bread turns out to be very tasty, beautiful, crispy (by the way, the degree of frying of the crust depends on the time and temperature of baking (these are items in menus 10 and 145). So, like this, try new recipes, so I'm very pleased with my Polaris PBM 1501D bread maker.
