Sushi Rose

Ingredients

Omelet
egg for 2 omelets 4 pieces
salt taste
starch 1 tsp
vegetable oil for frying
Sushizu
rice vinegar 3 tbsp. spoons
sugar 1.5 tbsp. spoons
salt 1 tsp
rice 225 gram
water 300 ml
nori 2 sheets
salmon (salmon, trout, pink salmon) salted 200 grams
fresh cucumber 1-2 pieces

Cooking method

  • Sushi Rose Omelet
  • Shake eggs with salt and starch. Pour into a skillet and bake on both sides. For such an omelet you need a square frying pan, but if it is not there, then we bake it on a round one, and cut off the edges.
  • Rice
  • Rinse the rice with water until it becomes transparent. Fill with cold water and set to cook. Boil quickly, cover and cook, without opening, over low heat for 10-12 minutes. Turn off. Let stand with the lid closed for 15-20 minutes.
  • Sushizu
  • Heat the vinegar slightly. Add sugar and salt. Stir until the crystals are completely dissolved.
  • Sushi Rose Assembly
  • Transfer the rice to a wide bowl. pour out the sushisa and stir gently with a wooden spoon. Cut the fish into thin slices and spread over the omelet. Roll the omelet into a roll. Cut the cucumber lengthwise into 8 pieces. cut the seeds.
  • Wrap the makis (rug) with cling film. Put a sheet of nori on it. Spread the rice on a sheet with wet hands. Leave the far edge free about 2 centimeters. Add cucumbers. Between the first and second cucumber - omelet
  • Roll up the roll with a mat. Cut into portions with a sharp knife. The knife must be very sharp. We wash the knife after each action.
  • We take out soy sauce, pickled ginger or wasabi. We eat and enjoy ourselves with family or friends.
