Funchoza with meat and vegetables (as cooked in Central Asia)

Ingredients

funcheza 300gr.
meat 300gr.
bulb onions 1 PC
radish 1 PC. medium size
carrot 1 PC. medium size
bell pepper 200gr.
garlic 2 cloves
jusai (if you find) 1 bundle
soy sauce taste
vegetable oil 50gr

Cooking method

Boil funchoza. I dip it into boiling water and turn off the stove, after 5 minutes I put it in a colander and lightly pour it with vegetable oil (in order to avoid sticking).
Cut all products into strips. Soak the radish in cold water to reduce the not very pleasant amber.
Heat the oil well in a frying pan and fry the meat. When it is almost ready and acquires a beautiful color, add the onion in half rings and stirring, wait for it to become transparent. Now we throw in the bell pepper. We often use the so-called "winding" (salted pepper with Jusai feathers), but if it is not there, then we just take fresh or frozen pepper.
It's the turn of the carrots. Throw in, mix, cover with a lid. Squeeze out the radish and send it to the pan. Do not forget to mix. We are waiting for it to soften slightly. If there is jusai, then it's time to add it, and if not, then skip this stage. Add funchez and chopped garlic, soy sauce.
We eat cooled or slightly warm. I like to add sourness with lemon juice or vinegar and of course lazy.
