Charlotte with orange and nuts (lean)

Ingredients

Orange 2 pcs.
Sugar ~ 150 g
Rast. oil 50 g
Chopped nuts
(walnuts are best,
but hazelnuts are also possible)
1/2 tbsp.
Jam
(jam, jam,
confiture is also welcome)
2 tbsp. l.
Strong tea 100-125 ml
Wheat flour 2 glasses
(250 ml)
= 320 g
Soda 1.5 tsp.

Cooking method

  • 1. Grind sugar with vegetable oil.
  • 2. Cut the peeled oranges into small cubes.
  • 3. Add oranges, nuts, jam and tea to the sugar-oil mixture.
  • 4. Knead everything well.
  • 5. Add the sifted flour with soda.
  • 6. Knead again. The dough should turn out to be thick sour cream.
  • 7. Lay out the form with oiled paper and pour out the dough.
  • 8. We bake for 30-40 minutes in a good heat. (I have an oven without a thermometer, so I can't specify the exact temperature.)

Note

For a long time (even on the eve of Easter) I wanted to share the recipe for this delicious charlotte, but I could not find the necessary notebook. The other day I still found it ... and now I am sharing.

In the finished charlotte, the dough turns out to be fluffy, sugar, with crunchy nuts. Oranges make the cake juicy and tea enhances the aromas.
Out of curiosity, I prepared this pie with lemons, too, very tasty, but according to the classic recipe, it should be oranges. The soda is quenched with citrus juice.

Baking in a multicooker 65 minutes + 20 minutes. Although 65 minutes would have been enough, I just decided to make the charlotte more tanned, that's why I added another 20 minutes.

I baked it several times already, in different versions (I put hazelnuts and almonds instead of walnuts, I experimented with different spices) - the pie turns out delicious and is eaten at once!

I baked this charlotte twice in HP from start to finish on the Keks program - everything works out great! Just load all the ingredients into the HP bucket and choose the Keks program. At the end of the program, if suddenly (which is unlikely) the charlotte turns out to be unbaked (check it with a wooden stick), leave it in the HP for half an hour, or bake it on the "Baking" program. Although I did quite well with the "Keks" program + 30 minutes to keep warm (extra baking).

if the density of the oil is 0.92, then it is practically true .. (I did it about 54), but in general such subtleties do not particularly affect .. here "+" "-" a couple of ml, I think it is not critical ..

Baked charlotte today, full of delight! True, I changed the recipe a little, this is what happened:

2 oranges
Slightly less than a glass of sugar, about 150 grams
50 gr. vegetable oil
1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts)
a little over half a glass of jam (I have a rather sour apple jam, I cooked it without sugar)
Half a mug of strong apple tea. juice 1: 1, about 80-100 ml.
2 cups flour (300g)
1.5 tsp. soda

Decorated with orange slices, chocolate icing.
The glaze is also lean, chocolate, made by eye: bitter chocolate (1/3 of the tile, no more), sugar somewhere in half a glass, 3-4 tablespoons of cocoa, butter grows 3-4 tablespoons; boiling water 2 tbsp. Mix everything, and in micro for a minute. Then add starch starch, stir and you can pour the cake.

In general ... I got a pie !!! I followed the recipe almost 1 in 1, put cherry-plum jam, ordinary black tea, 1 orange and 1 tangerine (everything I found at home), half a glass of walnuts. The cake rose and baked wonderfully.

I have baked this wonderful charlotte three times already. Super recipe! The first time is strictly according to the recipe, i.e. with an orange and walnuts. A day later, I was going to bake again, but the oranges ran out, so I added raisins + walnuts soaked in cognac - also very tasty! Now I baked it again, but added prunes to the raisins (simple) (cut not very finely). It turned out beautifully, but I don’t know how it tastes - haven’t tried it yet.
