Baked Potatoes with Spinach, Cheese and Ham (Ueberbackene Pellkartoffeln mit Spinat-Feta-Fuellung)

Ingredients

Potatoes 3 pcs.
Onion 1 PC.
Garlic 2 teeth
The spinach is frozen. 200 g
Ham 3-4 slices
Grated cheese 100 g
Yolk 2 pcs.
Sour cream 50 g
Oil for frying
Nutmeg pinch
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Finely chop the onion and fry in a pan until golden brown, add chopped garlic, spinach, diced ham and season with spices, quickly fry everything.
  • Wash the potatoes and cut them into very thin slices, from which, using muffin tins, make "baskets". Beat the yolks, add one tablespoon of grated cheese to them and cover the inside of our baskets with this mixture - it will "cement" the petals during cooking.
  • Baked Potatoes with Spinach, Cheese and Ham (Ueberbackene Pellkartoffeln mit Spinat-Feta-Fuellung)
  • Add grated cheese and sour cream to the cooled spinach-ham mixture, mix everything and fill the potato baskets, grease the petals of which with vegetable oil.
  • Baked Potatoes with Spinach, Cheese and Ham (Ueberbackene Pellkartoffeln mit Spinat-Feta-Fuellung)
  • Bake for about 20 minutes in preheated to 170about oven.
  • Bon Appetit!

Note

The original recipe uses halved boiled potatoes, with the middle removed. In this case, as you understand, you need to take a lot more potatoes. But I wanted to add more flavor to the recipe, and I, may the German chefs forgive me, modified it to my taste.
