Ingredients

Frozen shrimp 250 g
Vegetable oil 250 ml
Garlic 4-5 teeth
Allspice 5 peas
Chilli taste
Salt taste
Fresh dill 3 twigs
Provencal herbs 1 tsp
Knorr Dill Salad Seasoning 1 tsp (depending on salt)

Cooking method

  • German king prawns
  • According to the author of the recipe, who lives in Germany, such shrimps are sold in flea markets by weight.
  • And I love recipes that allow you to customize them to your taste. Just first, let's try to cook in German.
  • Preparation
  • - Boil water (I added allspice, lemon and bay leaves and a branch of dill).
  • - Immerse the shrimp in boiling water, turn off the stove and let it brew for 10 minutes.
  • - In a bowl, combine all the finely chopped marinade ingredients. Stir with shrimp and put in a jar, put a sprig of dill on top (I chopped the dill and put it in the marinade).
  • - Let stand in the refrigerator for a day, shaking the jar several times. The marinade should cover the shrimp completely.
  • I served the shrimp on toasted black croutons with capers and poured a little wine vinegar over it.
  • If you could have seen how we soaked the sauce !!! Mmm .....
  • I made a quarter of the norm for the sample, we really liked it.
  • Adjust the pungency with the amount of peppers and garlic. There is too much garlic for me in the recipe, I would also add a pinch of sugar and a little white wine vinegar.

Note
