Swabian Salted Pie (Schwabischer Salzkuchen)

Ingredients

flour 275 g
oil 50 g
fresh yeast 12 g
salt, sugar by a pinch
milk 150 ml
For filling:
sour cream 150-200 g
cream 100 ml
eggs 2 pcs
flour 1 tsp
caraway 1 tbsp. l
green onion bundle
salami (I added this)
salt

Cooking method

  • Knead a soft dough from flour, melted butter, salt, sugar, milk and yeast diluted in a small amount of milk.
  • Put in a warm place for a while to rise.
  • Mix sour cream with eggs, cream, flour (a teaspoon with a slide) and salt.
  • Chop the onion.
  • Roll out the dough and put in a mold, forming a side.

  • Pour over the sour cream filling, sprinkle with caraway seeds and green onions.
  • I also put the salami slices on top.

  • Place in a hot oven (220 *) for about 20-30 minutes.
  • Transfer the pie to a wooden board, let stand for a few minutes and you can treat your loved ones.
