  • We take pork fillet, pour salt into a suitable container, put our fillet on it and sprinkle with salt on top. After some time, a liquid forms at the bottom of the container, which the salt draws out of the meat.

  • I didn’t add any more salt. I just turned the fillets from time to time. I salted for 3 days. Then I washed it off the salt, rubbed it with a mixture of spices.

  • I put it on a high temperature ... And after a while I discovered ... that I had a mixture of spices with salt. And this very salt dried on the surface of the fillet and formed crystals. Urgently! washed off the spices with salt, blotted it with a towel and rubbed it with another mixture, in which there was no longer any salt. So watch out for spices.
  • Dried 6 hours, including the time spent on water procedures to get rid of salt.
