Ingredients

Dough:
Wheat flour 300 g
Milk 170 ml
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Butter or margarine 50 g
Dry yeast 1 tsp
Curd filling:
Curd is not soft 0.5KG
Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Salt pinch
Egg 2 pcs.
Sour cream 2 tbsp. l.
Semolina 2-3 st. l.
Raisins

Cooking method

  • Kneaded the dough in a bread maker
  • Form buns from the dough, put on a baking sheet, leave to proof for 15-20 minutes. Then make a depression (with a glass or a pusher for mashed potatoes) and fill with curd filling.

I baked cheesecakes according to this recipe. The dough was kneaded on the main program - 2:20, it turned out to be airy and fluffy, but during the proofing it almost did not rise in the form of buns, but when I added cottage cheese and set it to bake, the cheesecakes grew !!! But I probably overexposed them in the oven, the dough turned out to be very fried and dry, I had to quickly coat all the cheesecakes with sour cream and put them in a bowl for softening, in the heat.
Tell me, how long should I bake these cheesecakes so that they remain soft?

I did everything according to the recipe, but did not add raisins to the curd (we do not like it). From the specified number of products, 8 cheesecakes were obtained, but there was a little curd filling left.
I have a Panasonic SD-ZB 2502 bread maker. I kneaded the dough using the "Basic" program (2 hours 20 minutes). The result is an airy, soft dough that does not stick to dishes or hands. I'm very happy! Bookmark the recipe!
P.S .: baked at 180 degrees for 30 minutes in a preheated oven. Have risen to glory!
