Ingredients

Butter - 70 g

Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
Potato starch - 25 years (1 tbsp. L.)
Cottage cheese - 500 g

Cooking method

  • 1. Melt the butter in the microwave and let it cool down. Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer or blender until smooth, add sour cream, butter and beat again.
  • 2. Sift wheat flour, cocoa powder and soda into a bowl, stir with a spoon. Pour half of dry ingredients into liquid ingredients, stir vigorously with a whisk. Pour in the other half and whisk the dough until smooth. Grease the multicooker bowl with butter and put the dough there.

  • 3. With an immersion blender, beat two large or three small eggs with sugar, add cottage cheese and potato starch and bring the dough until smooth without lumps. Gently, one spoon at a time, spread the curd dough in the center (We do not put all the dough in the center. When cooking, add vanilla sugar or cinnamon for an even richer flavor.

People help !! How long does it take to bake a pie in a slow cooker? It is recommended to set 1 hour and 20 minutes, then the author mentioned 40 minutes. Or, after 40 minutes, see if the pie is ready and leave to bake until the end of the program? Straight I was all at a loss.
