Vitek VT-4209 BW. Bread with cheese and garlic

Ingredients

Water 200 ml
Egg 1 PC.
Vegetable oil 1.5 tbsp. l.
Powdered milk 0.5 tbsp. l.
Sugar 2.5 tsp
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Garlic 2 cloves
Wheat flour 450 g
Dry yeast 1 tsp
Hard cheese (I had a mixture of Russian and Dutch) 100-150 g

Cooking method

  • Lubricate the bowl and screw with a light layer of vegetable oil. Add ingredients (except for cheese) in the specified order.
  • Bread-making mode: "Bread", 750 g, set the crust dark. I put it with a delay of 5 hours.
  • Cut the cheese into small cubes and add to the bowl after the signal. Try to pour not on top of the dough being kneaded (it can scatter the cheese outside the bowl by centrifugal force), but pour the dough UNDER.
  • Despite the fact that I exposed a dark crust, I waited for the desired color scheme (10 minutes after the start of the mode) and turned off the unit.

Note

In the multicooker-bread maker VITEK VT-4209 BW.

The bread is completely baked, well risen, has a delicate, silky, elastic structure. The cheese is completely distributed, its foci in the structure of the bread are not visible (except on a crust). The cooled bread can be cut very thinly with a good knife. In the photo I cut off a hump of a hot loaf. Cheese and garlic give a specific smell.

You can take milk + water in any proportion. The result will be noticeable according to your taste

Thank you. I just thought it would affect the appearance, baking, etc. I usually do it with regular milk, as usual. and recipes where dry I always find out if it can be adapted.
