DarthSidious, excuse me, but for what purposes do you bake such pancakes on protein concentrate (I think you know its effect on the body)?
DarthSidious
PCB performs the function of an egg by binding the components during heat treatment. Plus, the dish is rich in protein.
The food industry makes protein bars, why not bake pancakes!

30 grams of PCB will act on the body in the same way as 850 ml of skim milk or yogurt, only it is absorbed a little faster.

the dish turns out to be rich in protein.

Yes, rich in abundance. It is for these purposes that the industry produces such bars (with a high content of carbohydrates and proteins) - to increase the muscle mass of athletes.
Do you add protein to pancakes for these purposes?

If your goal is

serves as an egg by binding components
then it may be worth paying attention to foods that are more neutral for the body: banana, oatmeal or linseed jelly, whey ... There are many ways to replace eggs in baked goods: How to bake without eggs?

I am very sorry. I somehow do not want to talk about the harmful effects of one of the ingredients on the body in the subject with the recipe, I just want to warn about the consequences regular consumption of this product with redundant protein content (in milk, protein is an order of magnitude less). It makes sense to consume such products only for athletes who are actively building muscle mass (otherwise it can affect the kidneys, joints, water balance (taking protein, fluid requires 2 times more), weight ...).

Once again I apologize for such comments (but I just can't help but say about it).

By the way, these same pancakes will turn out wonderfully without protein.
