Potato zrazy with mushroom sauce

Ingredients

potatoes 1 kg
mushrooms 150 grams
wheat flour 3-4 tbsp. spoons
turnip onion 1 piece
salt taste
ground black pepper taste
vegetable oil for sauce 3 tbsp spoons
vegetable oil for frying
bread crumbs (semolina) breading
greens

Cooking method

  • Peel the potatoes, boil, make mashed potatoes without water, milk and oil. Cool until warm.
  • Cut the onion and mushrooms into cubes and fry in vegetable oil.
  • Add a spoonful of flour. Season with salt and pepper. Fry lightly with flour, so that it takes oil and diluted with water to the desired thickness.
  • Add greens.
  • In a lukewarm puree, add 2-3 tablespoons of flour, salt to taste.
  • Form cutlets with wet hands, roll in breadcrumbs or semolina. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with sauce.

From my observations.
The mashed potatoes need to be cooled until slightly warm, if you put the flour in the hot mashed potatoes, then the flour will brew and the potatoes will stretch.
Pepper the mushrooms very sparingly, so as not to "clog" the mushroom taste and smell.
You need to fry zrazy over medium heat if the fire is low. then they will creep apart.
And of course this is not a rash. and cutlets or fingers. But it sounds so beautiful.
