Based on this recipe, I tried to make, probably, types of 10 cupcakes, but the version with frozen peas and nigella is my favorite and my loved ones. Of course, nigella can be replaced with black / light sesame seeds, caraway seeds, or even excluded, but if you have the opportunity to try it with it, do it, you won't regret it .. It gives a piquant aroma and an interesting delicate edge, mmm ..
Snack cheesecakes
Such cupcakes can be made with any kind of filling (they are especially helpful after the holidays, when you can find leftovers of meat / fish / cheese / vegetables in the refrigerator that need to be attached ..)
As for the filling options: try to take a total of no more than 300-350g of filling; my favorite combinations:
- feta cheese / vats 150-200g, diced, any greens, half a bell pepper, finely diced
- tuna (canned in its own juice, mash, without liquid), arugula, lemon zest, a handful of olives, chop
- mushrooms fried with onions, parsley
- smoked chicken, dill
- goat cheese, raisins
- hot smoked salmon, dill, curd cheese
- chicken, mustard, dill
The options for additives are endless, for your taste, my favorite salads always give me an idea.
Here is the last cake made the day before yesterday with feta cheese, bell pepper and herbs:

By the way - you can also change the oil - olive, mustard, nut; refined or not - see for yourself according to taste or availability ..
Bon appetit and successful experiments!))

MMM looks very appetizing !!! Thanks for the recipe, bookmarked !!!
Loksa
Curious!!! Thank you!
Masinen
Natasha, I have not eaten such cupcakes yet !!!
You can just serve it as a snack !!
Nataliwave
Girls, try it - you won't regret it! At least every two weeks I make one of these cupcakes; and if I go to visit my relatives, or for a picnic, I can't do without them! And with green peas and greens it turns out very fresh and unbroken .. Well, if you add some more nigella, it is generally indescribable)) after I first tried this recipe, I immediately ordered a 400-gram bag with nigella on the aicherb; and so - a third is already "eaten")))
Nataliwave
Masinen, Masha, I completely agree - it goes well with a glass of dry red wine)) and if you put another piece of cheese on a piece of cheesecake, it will be a cheese-lover's dream)))
Masinen
Natasha, yeah, you can't spoil cheese with cheese))))
I will definitely do it !! Maybe even tomorrow!
Only nigella is dumb, but can I just dry fried onions?
Nataliwave
Masha, everything will do, the main thing is that you like the combination!))
Emilia +
NataliwaveNatalie, do you cover the cupcakes with paper? Or is it just that the big ends lie on the form?
Nataliwave
Irina, you mean when baking?
In the photo there is just a large "piece" of paper in the form, the ends just stick out of it .. I always do this, uneconomically ..
It happens, of course, that the cake begins to brown quickly ahead of time, then I can cover it on top with foil or a piece of parchment from the middle of baking .. But this rarely happens ..
Emilia +
Yes, when baking.
Now it is clear.
julia_bb
Natasha, you have great cupcakes here)) I really liked it, I will definitely try
And blackies, these are mushrooms, right?
Nataliwave
Yulechka, these are not mushrooms, these are seeds of Kalindzhi onions, it belongs to spices.
I first tried baked goods with nigella many years ago in Turkey - the hotel had buns and cakes, sprinkled, in my inexperienced view, with black sesame .. But the smell from them was just awesome .. And the taste - so spicy .. I tried to ask a waiter and a cook - what is it? But they did not know the name of this spice in English, and I did not understand anything in Turkish .. And then, a few years later, I came across a description of the Kalindzhi onion on the Internet and realized that this is the same thing that I tried then in Turkey!
Here is a link where you can read about nigella and see how it looks:

Lipchanka
Natasha, I'm taking this wonderful recipe to your favorites. And out of our favorite Nordic recipes, which shape would work for this cupcake?
Nataliwave
Lipchanka, Lyudmila, in theory, any shape is suitable, but the fewer small "bulges" and "bulges" there are, the better)))
On the subject, "Harvest" will be quite good, and on laconic simplicity - "About Forms"))
I always bake them in the usual form "with a brick", because I have a quick recipe - "mixed, poured into a mold, put in the oven and went about his business", called)))

I first tasted chernushki baked goods many years ago in Turkey
Thank you, very interesting spice, now I will know, maybe I can order ayherb))
Nataliwave
Julia, now it's still a little expensive to buy a Nigella on ayherb, besides, there is a large package (450g is only for a fan like me)))
Here in Indian Spices on Sukharevskaya a small package is sold, and inexpensive .. I bought spices from this manufacturer, the quality is good:

Nataliwave, Natasha, and again a very interesting cupcake !!! When will I have time to bake all this ??? But the PROBLEM !!! I don't have this black thing! We cannot find this even in the daytime with fire, so the original source will not work and happiness was so close I also want such a scent
Nataliwave
Mila, you can try it without nigella, as a last resort)) and sometimes I replace peas with frozen corn (for some reason it is more common in stores than peas) - it also turns out delicious! The main thing is to guess that the purchased vegetables are not ten times frozen-defrosted, otherwise they remain a little harsh after baking .. But this is, indeed, a lottery))
nailia
Girls, I understood correctly nigella - is it black cumin?
Nataliwave
nailia, yes, one of the names of this spice is black cumin.
Franky
This little black woman intrigued me, so I went to the store today and found it, not even in the special. department of any exotic, but simply, next to the usual caraway seeds. Surprisingly even inexpensive at all (at our prices, at least), no more expensive than any simple pepper, etc.
The smell is great, I will use it!

I baked such a cupcake yesterday, just not in the oven, but in Steba's multicooker. Very tasty, just a bit small, right? Or is it because of the diameter?Snack cheesecakes
Nataliwave
Julia, I do it in the form of a "brick", it turns out to be somewhere 8-10 cm high .. I measured the shape, it is 24x9.5 cm along the bottom, that is, the bottom area = 228 sq. cm. A multicooker bowl (at least I have one) with a diameter of 23 cm, that is, the area of its bottom is = 415 sq. cm, which is almost twice as much!
So it's no surprise that your cupcake is lower!)))
What did you do with? Judging by the reddish hue, is there a bell pepper? And some other greenery?
julia_bb
Natasha, yes, I forgot to write the filling: sweet red pepper, parsley and ham. It turned out very tasty, it looks like a quiche, they have already eaten everything, I did not have time to take a picture of the cut. I will do more with different fillings and in the oven. I have a brick of Thomas
The mode in the multi set 115 degrees 1 hour (normal?), The bowl was non-stick.

Julia, what I like the shape of the brick - so that you can cut into slices a centimeter thick - and satisfying, and not too abundant)) besides, you can additionally spread something - mustard, for example, or horseradish)))
Regarding the sufficiency of baking for 1 hour at 115 degrees in a multi - if everything is baked, then, of course, this is enough! I don't bake anything in a slow cooker except casseroles and omelets, so I can't judge here.
In any case, I am very glad that I liked it! Bon Appetit!
Mikhaska
Natashul! Loved your snack cupcake! Thanks for making the theme! I'll take it to the bookmarks right away ... Ah, then I have an eternal problem: as soon as I feel the urge to cook, I don’t remember right away where the recipe is ..
And, indeed, there are countless options! And for throwing them on immediately, a separate thank you, dear! Thank you for me! Until they give you a kiss!
Eh, I would still buy nigella! I have spent it over the past summer baking season!

julia_bb, Julia! Cupcake - what you need! The main thing is baked! At the same time, I tried the option for us in the cartoon!
julia_bb
Mikhaska, Irish, but Natasha's cupcake is what I need. I will bake it often - there is a base, just change the fillings. I will definitely do it in the oven next time. It's convenient for me to carry such cupcakes to work.
I'll go back to the Shtebe and boast of a cupcake
Nataliwave
Oh, girls, Irina, Julia, thank you very much for your words! Bon Appetit! And I, perhaps, should try it in a slow cooker, it will be like a cheese casserole!))) Today I made it with the remnants of vegetables - zucchini, peppers, carrots, mushrooms, onions .. I cut everything into large strips and baked in the oven until half cooked with salt and ground pepper .. Stands, cools .. I hope I have time to take a picture of the incision until they eat it.))

Natashawithout thinking to bookmarks! thanks for the interesting recipe!

Finally, my hands reached this recipe - I did it as the doctor ordered, with nigella, cilantro (also frozen) and peas. Indeed, very tasty and unusual! Thank you very much for the recipe, we will definitely repeat it more than once. I don't have a shape for 25 cm, but there is for 30. So I took 4 eggs and counted the rest by + 25%. It turned out just right.

Natasha, thank you very much for the delicious cupcake! I also did it with smoked chicken!

Thank you, a gorgeous cupcake and a delicious photo :-)

Nataliwave, made this cupcake from canned peas, because I did not find the frozen one.But without cilantro, we do not love it. We liked it. Truly black cumin gives a special aroma and taste. I printed the recipe, I will bake all the time. Thank you for the recipe.
Black cumin can be bought in Muslim shops, in shops at mosques.

I've been looking for a recipe for some snack cake for a long time. It is he!!! Thank you!
Kleopa
Hello! A very interesting recipe. Is it possible to make such a cupcake without filling? Leave only the spices? Do I then need to change the proportions of the components? I want to make it instead of bread. To our horror, yeast-leaven-sour milk is impossible. I am looking for a replacement for bread. The girls advised to look at the snack muffins, but the recipes always have the filling. And you can not put it, just bake the dough? Sorry if the question is stupid))).
Nata333
Thanks for the wonderful recipe! It is done simply - it turns out delicious
