Aromatic oil with herbs and garlic

Ingredients

butter 150 g
garlic 2 cloves (large)
Provencal herbs 4 tsp
salt pinch
pepper mix 1 tsp
dill, parsley, cilantro (who loves what, I have frozen) 2 tbsp. l.
olive oil optional

Cooking method

  • Crush the garlic with a knife, put in a mortar, add Provencal herbs, salt, a mixture of peppers and grind everything well with a pestle. Then transfer to a small container (you can use a jar so you can close the lid well) and pour olive oil over, just to cover our mixture. Close the lid and leave to brew well. I usually have 1-2 days. When our mixture is well infused, we take softened butter, put our fragrant mixture in butter and mix everything well with a spatula. Everything is ready!!! Then we lay out on the molds, or like me (this time there was no time to fiddle with unfolding, I cooked turkey cutlets and I urgently needed butter and herbs, but it was not in the freezer and I had to urgently do it) put it on polyethylene, form a candy and put in the freezer.
  • Then use it as you prefer. You can add it to cutlets (make a flat cake out of minced meat, put a piece of butter on it, close everything and continue as usual. The cutlets are juicy and very fragrant!), Or when baking meat, put pieces of butter on top, with baked potatoes, and even just boiled and so on, just your imagination. Well, you can also use on a piece of freshly baked rye bread)))
