Bread with green tea (bread maker)

Ingredients

Egg 1 PC.
Water 245 ml
Wheat flour 400 g
Salt 1. tsp.
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 1. st. l.
Dry yeast 1 tsp
Dill 3 tbsp. l.
Parsley 2 tbsp. l.
Green onion 2 pcs.
Feathers from young garlic 2 pcs.

Cooking method

  • 1. Place the egg in a measuring cup or mug and add enough water to make 245 ml
  • 2. Place the ingredients in the mold in the sequence shown in the recipe above.
  • 3. Cooking greens…. mode green onions and garlic feathers as a salad and sauté in a frying pan with a little salt ...
  • Dill and parsley mode and add all this after the signal of the bread machine. I helped a little to knead the dough with the herbs with my hand ... (to be honest, I didn't measure the greens with spoons, I took a bigger bunch, cut them into bread ... by eye)

Note

I love spring…. when there is a lot of greenery and all kinds of yummy ... ..: wow: change has arrived .... with a large armful of dill, parsley, green onions and garlic ... ... and I decided to bake bread with green tea ... ..
It turned out delicious….

Tell me, is it possible not to sauté the greens, but throw the fresh ones? Is there any difference?

You can, I add freshly chopped green onions and dill to the bread, the smell is wonderful.

I also did not understand: why sauté fresh herbs? Sauteed - it loses all its qualities. Isn't just finely chopping enough?

I sautéed, because I took the feathers of garlic, they are harsh and when they are slightly darkened on the fire, they acquire the taste of mushrooms. And usually I only use fresh herbs ...

And if you just use a blender to all the necessary pile of herbs?

Thanks a lot for the recipe. The bread is just a miracle, in 1 day I baked 3 loaves and after all, almost everything was eaten. I changed the recipe a little: I replaced part of the water with milk (everyone loves it with milk :) and added 10 grams of butter, since there was no green honesty, I just added 1 clove. The bread turned out to be lush and very fragrant.
