Prompt and advise, please.

Peanut and nut flour - do it yourself! there is almond flour here at home

dopleta, thank you tremendous! I found a store, but about pickup from Perm - no!

Bast1nda
Admin, I'm afraid myself, it easily turns into paste.

Tatiana, from experience I can say that making almond flour just for pasta is to shoot yourself and not get up. To bring it up to the desired condition (and it’s not a fact that it will work out), you will spend so much nerves and time that the hunt to bake pasta will disappear forever

dopleta, thank you, I was apparently clumsily looking, so I wrote that I could not find it. Now everything is clear. I will order here. I won't dare to do it myself, ayherb - wait a long time.

I made almond and pistachio flour for pasta. In my opinion, there is nothing terrible and complicated. It turned out great. These cakes are one of their favorites, I bake them often, they turn out great. I never wanted to shoot.

Ira, well ... fish for fishlessness and cancer If you really need, but there is nowhere to take, then this method will come in handy
By myself, I know that it's better to keep such information in memory just in case, than you don't know that you can make flour on occasion, and where to look for information later

Admin, and I have a kilogram of almond petals, you can use them for flour, what do you think?

And according to the aicherb, the question is valid, can someone recommend which one is better to take?

Anna, it will definitely turn out delicious, even if you don't shoot. But for incorrigible perfectionists like me, it's just a scar in the whole heart. Even with purchased flour of very good quality, you need to tinker a lot to make the pasta perfectly smooth, according to the rules, you need to sift the flour through organza. To achieve such grinding at home will have to spend a lot of time and effort.

Here HERE Luda Husky shared her experience. Well, in the same topic, there are a lot of photos and reviews earlier.

Cookies from home-milled flour are pockmarked, and nothing can be done about it

I'm not campaigning in any way, God forbid, appearance does not affect the taste in any way

You always have to try, conditions are always different, and almonds are different, with different processing.
You can take only a handful for a start, and grind it to flour and work it out in full, analyze the result.

judging by the reviews, this one is praised

I don’t know how much almonds cost now, maybe that’s what it will be, that it’s easier to buy ready-made
