Ingredients

Warm water 48 degrees. 260 g

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 4.5 tbsp. l.
Wheat baking flour 350 gr.
Oat bran 30 gr.
Dry yeast 2.3 tsp
Butter 20 gr.

Cooking method

  • The recipe is taken from the instructions for the bread maker. In the evening I discovered that there was not enough bread for tomorrow, but it was already quite late. Therefore, the fastest bread with my changes in the recipe. I added bran to the recipe, initially there were none, you can not add, instead add 30 grams of ordinary flour or whole grain. But with bran is better for my taste.
  • Shake the egg with a fork, pour into warm water !, add salt, sugar, vegetable oil (I have unrefined sunflower market with the smell of seeds), sift the flour and bran on top. Pour yeast on the bran into the dimple. Turn on the "super fast baking" program, I have 1 hour 15 minutes. Select the medium crust and the size of the small loaf. Kolobok will not be! Since the cotton immediately kneads and heats up (the mixture heats up strongly), do not be alarmed, everything should work out. After 9-10 minutes after the start of the kneading, add heavily softened butter. Everyone, we wait until it is baked. The loaf is not very high, the bread does not crumble. Rich taste.

Delicious, rich, goes well with butter, cheese. Sweetish, if you want the taste to be neutral, add only 3 tbsp. l. Sahara.

Thank you. I'll try again, although I've already baked many proven recipes from the forum. I changed the yeast, diminished-added flour and water (there is an electronic scale), and in baking it seems to be not a layman, but the top of the head is all white even on the darkest "function". There is already an idea in the bread maker only to knead, and to bake in a multicooker.

I have the fastest bread in HP for 2h50m. But once upon a time I set up such experiments. The bread on such a program turns out to be denser.
