Polpette in tomato and vegetable sauce in Steba DD1

Ingredients

ground beef 300-400 gr.
breadcrumbs 2 tbsp. spoons
Parmesan about 50 gr.
egg 1-2 pcs
olive oil
tomatoes in their own juice 400 ml
carrot 1 PC.
onion 1 PC. minced meat, 1 pc. in sauce
fresh parsley or basil
salt pepper
celery stalk 1 stem

Cooking method

  • In a bowl, mix the minced meat, finely chopped or grated onion (optionally, a chive), crackers, parmesan, egg, chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Knead the resulting minced meat well.
  • Chop the onion, chop the carrots and celery into small cubes.
  • Turn on the pressure cooker, fry, wait for the signal, pour in the olive oil and add the vegetables. Fry, stirring occasionally for 5-7 minutes. Add the tomatoes and fry for another 5 minutes. Season vegetables with salt and pepper (I had 4 pepper seasoning + coriander).
  • Shape the meatballs (with wet hands) and place in a bowl of sauce. Boil. Set the mode to meat, pressure 0.7, 15 minutes. Wait until the pressure is released and open the cover.
  • On the second floor, I put a steaming basket with coarsely chopped potatoes. And the next day I ate with buckwheat
