Note

We got our hands on the recipe. Either a loaf, or a ciabatta. Basic recipe "First grade bread" (1000g) from my Philips bread machine.

The one in the photo is from a recipe book in my bread machine. In connection with fasting, I began to replace milk with water - the taste did not suffer much. I did it many times.

The dough can be divided into three parts approx. 330 g each, then a loaf really turns out, it does not touch the walls. But long and troublesome. I divide the dough in half and bake two. It's faster this way.

I don't smear the top with an egg for shine, but I mold it, greasing the table and hands with vegetable oil, the crust is good, crispy.

In general, I want to say that the second loaf is so dashingly parted while the first is baking that I began to cover it with a film and hide it in the refrigerator. The second bakes faster because the mold and lid are already heated. Place in a hot mold more carefully, do not burn yourself!

Cuts ... Well, what cuts. Not very blade. I began to do it with a saw, I began to open better. While I'm studying.

Well, the promised link to the class by loaves from Admin.

I really liked it, you cut the bread, and inside there are circles, you can see how the dough lay.

Beautiful bars, Lena!
NataliARH
Elenawhat are rifled! miracle tell me pliz ..... what kind of file for cutting? my knife and blade are bad too
mur_myau
MariS,
Thanks for the praise!

NataliARH,
I have a not very long saw blade, two-toothed, in the middle there are two holes right in the blade. It is also called the "tomato knife".
NataliARH
Elena, ahh, I'll wait for the photo (if I understood correctly), I have one for cheese, apparently .... but it will not cut ((((
mur_myau
NataliARH,
He saws great. The dough does not pull along like a blade.
On ozone, exactly that knife is not looked for, but I found a similar one from another company. Is it necessary?
I also tried the "neva" blade, the old Soviet one, on a stick, it cuts better than others. "Neva! Day wife - now a widow." (Zhvanetsky) But he quickly becomes blunt from the rolls.
NataliARH
Elena, if not difficult, then it is necessary! maybe it is something different from mine ...
NEVA
mur_myau
NataliARH,
Here, I found it. Just a clone, although the firm is different.

My, it seems, is the regent, but I can not guarantee, I took it for a long time, threw out the cardboard immediately. Also cheap, with a loop on the handle.
NataliARH
Elena, thanks, I looked, the principle is like mine, but the steel is different, I will look for this! I love the regent, I'll look there too!
mur_myau
NataliARH,
Fine! But specifically the one that I have is not available. Such products are not searched through ozone search, only by direct link.
By the way, I found out today. If you make fewer cuts, leave more distance between them, then they open up more.
NataliARH
thanks for all
mur_myau
NataliARH,
You are welcome! We will learn how to make loaves together.
