The problem was with pre-F. (on mint), stood for 17 hours and did not rise a bit. I ventured to put the dough (though to be sure I added 3-4 grams of live yeast). The rest was done strictly according to the recipe, even proofing and baking. Next time I will look at my oven myself .... otherwise they turned out to be dark for me.
