Semolina 50g
Kefir 75 ml
Sugar 100g
Flour on demand (2 tbsp. L.)
Baking powder can be added

Cooking method

  • I like the "flower" waffle iron precisely for waffle cookies.
  • I often bake cottage cheese waffles and pancakes, fish, pancakes. Recently, the cottage cheese "fails" and there are punctures in baked goods.
  • This time, the cottage cheese still let me down a little, so the first waffles were generally lumpy !!!!
  • But then I got used to it and the waffles turned out.
  • We mix all the ingredients, you can use a mixer, just a whisk, sometimes I just use a fork when I need to bake quickly, especially for breakfast before work. It's delicious and satisfying. Can be smeared with jam, condensed milk or chocolate paste.

I decided to bake a couple of waffles on a thin waffle iron. But I still have it from my mother in 1979 and fuck a lot. The waffles turned out to be perforated, very thin like pancakes and not baked ... the semolina did not have time. In general, I poured the dough into a Nordic mold and made a casserole in an airfryer 155 degrees for 40 minutes. It turned out great. The casserole flew out of the mold, and the children have already eaten.
