Bread makers Panasonic SD-206, SD-207

Description of mini bakery SD-207
Hostess, save! I have a task that is close to impossible:

1.my parents have a Panasonic SD-206 bread maker (yes, exactly 206)

2. I am expected to bake bread in it at the dacha (that is, apart from regular Internet access, where there is you and a bunch of advice, without "running to the store and buying something quickly needed", etc.). )

3.I have never baked bread and never saw my parent's bread maker

Yes, you understood correctly, I will not have the opportunity to practice and I need to buy the groceries in advance.

I have already scanned the network, understood (in theory) the basic principles of working with a "girl", BUT:

how to distinguish a recipe suitable for a given stove from an unusable one?
This model has the following features:

Types of bread:
1. Basic
2. Whole wheat
3. Multigrain
4. French
5. Pizza
6. Bake only

Modes:
1. Bake
2. Bake rapid
3. Bake sandwich
4. Bake raisin
5. Dough
6. Dough raisin

7 dough preparation modes
12 baking modes

3 loaf sizes and 3 crust types

(enough to make my head spin)

I read on the forum that the recipes from the book cannot be used. And what is possible?

Advise, do not let the person disappear!

I'm not hungry for culinary delights. I would like to have a couple of basic proven recipes with tips on ingredients and a few recommendations from experienced products. I'll swim out there somehow!

Thanks in advance for sending me in the right direction!

(and I still have to master the multicooker ...)

I read on the forum that the recipes from the book cannot be used. And what is possible?

Italian
4. French - French
5. Pizza - pizza

Modes:
1. Bake - main
2. Bake rapid - accelerated baking
3. Bake sandwich - don't know

Thank you all very much! I understood about the dispenser. In my case, put everything that is put into the dispenser in 253 after kneading the dough after a special signal.

Multigrain - setting for baking bread from different types of flour. That is, for example. one of the forum recipes for buckwheat bread with the addition of whole grain flour, apparently, is just such a case. And I have already laid eyes on him.

Bake Sandwich is sandwich bread.

For example. recipe for "Sweet Orange Bread" for this mode.

Dry yeast 1/2 tsp
Wheat flour - 425 g
Sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
Oil - 15 g (1 tbsp. L.)
Powdered milk - 1.5 tbsp. l.
Salt - 1 tsp
Water - 310 ml

The Basic Bake Sandwich mode produces a medium-sized bread.

With 253 I compare stupidly according to the instructions. I downloaded the corrected recipes, thanks again!

She entered the egg, milk and French recipes in a notebook. I think that's a good start already.

Parents love different variations on the rye theme. So I'll stock up on flour and, having stuffed my hand, I'll move on to black bread.

And the multicooker forum has already climbed and filled a full notebook of recipes and tips. Lola - SUPER !!!

It's great that there are so many experienced and responsive people!

Delicious bread for everyone!

Thank you! I have an instruction, it's just that only models 207 and 253 are mentioned everywhere, and experienced people write that the bread maker is different for the bread maker ... By the way, I compared the recipes for 206 and 253 - the proportions for the same type of bread of the same size differ (for example quantity of yeast and water). So you have to conjure with recipes ...

Wild Mistress when I made inquiries about bread makers (before buying), they explained to me this way: models 206 and 207 are identical. The only difference is that 206 was produced for Germany, and 207 for Russia. And on the panel there are 207 menus in Russian, and 206 (if I'm not mistaken) in English.
As for the choice of recipes, you just need to choose the most liked and proven ones, since there are a great many of them here and on other sites. And if you have any questions, we will help the whole world. We will not leave you in trouble.

Panasonic 206 and Panasonic 207 are practically the same. The only difference is in the width of the mixer drive belt.
As for the recipes from the instructions, it is better to start using the native ones than from the Panasonic 253.
The recipe for wheat bread has been tested, both on water (in the original) and with milk.
I regularly bake egg bread from recipes instructions, although I put 1 egg and 210 ml on an average loaf. milk.
So you have to do magic with recipes ..
By and large, it is necessary to conjure not so much with recipes as it is necessary to achieve the correct ratio of flour-liquid. Flour is different. On unfamiliar recipes, it is good to periodically open the lid to control the batch.
This is discussed at all forums on baking, it was also said at this forum.
Briefly: 10 minutes after the start of the kneading, a dough ball should form. The bucket does not stick to the walls, the dough is slightly sticky, but does not stick to the fingers. If the dough is watery, add 1-2 tbsp little by little. tablespoons of flour. If the dough is steep, dryish, water.

And I also have a UPS, I even adapted it for the refrigerator
Here it is necessary to correlate the power of the UPS with the power of the stove and clarify whether it is capable of holding 50 minutes. (baking time) power 550 watts.
And the refrigerator is not the best load for most UPSs. Still nothing when working from the mains, but when working on internal batteries (during the loss of 220v), as if the UPS did not die from a current surge at the moment the refrigerator was turned on.

Maybe you can help me ..
I have a Panasonic SD - 207, the instruction is lost, of course I found a lot of recipes and technical instructions on the Internet, but I did not find in what order and how many ingredients I need to fill. I am guided by your recipes, but I read that there are some models in which there is a different sequence of loading the ingredients, what type of yeast must be put down first, but where at the end.

And another question, some people bake in fresh milk, and how much should then be calculated in the form of fresh milk instead of milk powder and water?

I have the same trouble.
When I moved, a book was lost, and I feel like no hands without it.

Well, girls, I am slowly starting my reports on the hunt for Avito - lot number 1 - without looking, according to the ad catching sneakers, got hold of such a stove: Panasonic SD-206. New, but without instructions, maid in Japan, it seems like even a working one (I didn't really check it, turned it on idle, the indicators run, the blade spins - keep your fists, I hope it's working)
Now with the question: In Panas 206, all descriptions on the Internet claim bread weighing up to 500 grams. I downloaded the instructions, see - size L - 500 gr. FLOUR. What is the approximate weight of finished bread? Does 750 grams come out? Or even a kilogram That is, to recalculate, if anything, for kilogram recipes (so far I only practice Moulinex up to 1500 grams)?

Damn, I'm lost even. I judge this by the first of my favorite recipes:
Toast bread in a bread maker
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=804.0
There flour in the recipe 380 gr. in my Moulinex I always exhibited the size "750 gr" -mm bread (the smallest), always came out great. Looked three times favorite recipe
Moulinex OW-500230. White bread "By eye".
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=90765.0
- there is 700 grams of flour per kilogram recipe ... Something I was completely lost. If, in APPROXIMATE terms for ready-made bread, what are the values of the WEIGHT of loaves from this model - L - for 500 g of FLOUR M - 450 g of FLOUR S - 300 g of flour?

But in general, at first glance, I liked the stove, I really hope to make friends with it and fully report, with photos and so on
PS
The permanent Internet continues to be unavailable. Now I am again "visiting" (with children at BM)

L - for 500 g of FLOUR M - 450 g of FLOUR S - 300 g of flour?
The finished bread will be 500g, 700g and 900g, respectively. This information is from the instructions. In principle, it differs little from modern Panasonic there in flour 600 g - XL, 500 g - L, 300g-M
Kestrel
sazalexter, Thank you. I, of course, hoped for a baby, but in any case I wanted some kind of Panasonic in the collection while I was mastering this one. In general, I still like this stove.

especially since I have one more exotic in the stash, there is definitely a baby, but I don’t know what’s like with her, I’m in the process of an extremely economical move on my own, so the equipment is removed, and we are moving meeeeeeed

Hello bakers
is it worth it now to take such a model
or is a newer model better ...?
Thank you
sazalexter
cw, You will not find a new one, only used and this is a lottery.

only used and this is a lottery.
and what is the lottery, like the bucket is almost new and what else to see ...?
with SW.

cw, mine in the end turned out to be perfectly working, really new, it still plows perfectly, the pastries are wonderful. I was lucky, and she really came to me with all the inner packaging inserts, apparently, indeed, as the seller said, all this time she stood on the mezzanine, unsealed - looked - folded back - and forgot about it. And I bought it without looking from Izhevsk, prepaid by mail. Uhh, I was afraid.

But that exotic baby, about which I wrote above - was unlucky - the broken one arrived. And although it was not expensive, it was still very offensive. This is how it happens.

Good day! Tell me, does it make sense to buy a 207 model?
sazalexter
IrinaIf it is very little Used, then it is possible, you are unlikely to find a new one.
Sukhirunchik
They say that they used it twice.
sazalexter
Irina, Look inside the bucket for scratches and an unused stove does not have a brownish color in the chamber, on the outside of the bucket.
Sukhirunchik
Thanks for the tip, I will definitely take a look!

I had a Panasonic 255, a part broke, which costs 1 thousand. hryvnia. , offered by friends for 1500 Panasonic 207, bu, but in good condition. Is 207 model older than 255? I carefully and thoroughly selected the recipes for 255. Are they suitable for 207? And what would you generally advise?
