Cooking method

I love grain bread !!!! This is something - your ten-grains! Very tasty! I soaked the grains with warm water at a much higher rate (then I drained them and took them like water in the recipe). She insisted for almost a day. Vchaale on the table, and then in the refrigerator. Warmed up later. As a result, the seeds were all soft. In addition to those indicated in the recipe, I also used millet and rice.
