almond milk or any other 90 ml
butter 25 g
sugar 2-4 st. l.

vanilla on the tip of a knife

filling for white dough:
dates 9-11 pcs
dark chocolate 9-11 cubes (50 g)
dark dough:
half of the leaven
almond milk or any other 90 ml
butter 25 g
sugar 2-4 st. l.
salt pinch
vanilla on the tip of a knife
carob or cocoa 3 tbsp. l.
premium wheat flour 70 g + ~ 30 g per pack
filling:
almonds (I have cake after preparing milk) ~ 100 g
honey or sugar 50 g

Cooking method

  • 1. Prepare the starter culture 4-6 hours before kneading the dough. (wheat-rye sourdough, who is interested in my recipe (see rye sourdough 3 point): https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=41.0, the first batch is also on rye flour, and already ready \ .html "I refresh \" flour 30/70% rye / wheat flour).
  • Measure 50 g of sourdough from the refrigerator, add 25 ml of water and 25 g of premium flour, leave warm.
  • If you decide to make a dough with yeast, then just look at the packaging for the way of using yeast, usually they are simply added along with the flour.
  • Also soak dates in water for a few bolts. So that the dates are completely covered with water.

  • 2. Divide the finished starter into 2 parts and knead 2 doughs in different bowls:

  • Dilute the starter with milk (room temperature or warm).
  • Add room temperature soft butter and all other ingredients.

  • Stir well and, gradually adding flour, knead a soft, slightly sticky dough. Place it in a greased bowl and brush a little on top to keep it from drying out.   • Next, divide each dough into 8-12 pieces (depending on the shape).
  • Roll each part of the dough into a bun, and then knead or roll into a small cake to place the filling (1 tsp each). And collect the cake in a bag, and then roll it back into a ball.

  • Stagger the white and brown dough balls into a baking dish: I have 2 layers of 12 balls each.

Carob is a phenolic antioxidant and has antibacterial properties. Carob is also used medicinally to treat diarrhea and vomiting, especially in children and babies.
Carob is free of caffeine (great news for kids) and theobromide, the very substances cocoa is “scolded” for. Carob is not addictive, has a positive effect on the digestive system, and promotes weight loss. He is also credited with healing properties for asthma and allergies, colds and sore throat.
Almond considered a natural sedative, it helps to cope with stress, is very useful for asthenic conditions and insomnia. Eating sweet almonds accelerates the treatment of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, normalizes stool, providing a mild laxative effect.
Dates - it is fruit, food, medicine, and sweetness.
They are extremely beneficial for health due to their content of plant fiber, saccharides, proteins, vitamins, mainly B group, minerals such as calcium, sodium, potassium and iron.
