Ingredients
egg yolks 3 pcs
sugar 120 gr
vanilla sugar 1/2 pack
cold butter 120 gr
cottage cheese 600 gr
raisins, nuts, lemon zest optional
Cooking method

chop nuts and lemon zest 10 sec / sq. 8-9, put it out. grind both types of sugar into powdered sugar 5 sec / ck Turbo. add raw egg yolks, set the butterfly, beat and heat for 4-7 min / 70 * C / sk. 3-4. We spread the mass, cool the bowl. put well-squeezed cottage cheese into a bowl and rub with butter 1-3 min / sk 5-7, gradually increasing the speed and helping with a spatula, cottage cheese is rubbed wonderfully. add the chilled mass with yolks to the curd with butter and mix for 10-30 sec / sk. 4 using a spatula. add raisins, nuts, mix lemon zest, put in a mold, put under a press, cool in the refrigerator.
