"Waffles" from parsnip root

Ingredients

parsnip root 2 pcs
eggs 1 PC
olive oil
salt
pepper
parsley
granulated garlic

Cooking method

  • Prepare parsnip root. Clean and cut with a Spiromat
  • "Waffles" from parsnip root
  • Preheat a large skillet, add olive oil, then granulated garlic. Add prepared parsnips and fry for a few minutes (3-5) until softened. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
  • Chop the parsley finely.
  • Beat an egg in a separate bowl, add chopped parsley and fried parsnips. Mix everything.
  • Warm up the waffle iron (I used the BEEM D2000755 multifunctional grill, waffle plates), grease the plates with oil and put the parsnip mass in the shape of the waffles.
  • Cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Serve with maple syrup.
  • Or with Greek yoghurt flavored with lemon juice and pepper.
