Ingredients

Wheat flour 300 g
Vegetable margarine 100 g
Ripe avocado 1 PC.
Granulated sugar 100 g
Vanillin 1 sachet
Roasted almonds 100 g
Baking powder 1.5 tsp.
Powdered sugar 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • 3. Place sugar and avocado in a bowl with chopped almonds and whisk in the "Blender" setting, speed - 5, time - 1 minute. Scrape the sides of the bowl.

  • 4. Add flour, vanillin and baking powder. Stir in the "Dough" mode, time - 1 minute. Roll the dough into a ball and refrigerate.

  • 5. Dust the table with flour and roll the dough into a 5 mm thick layer. Cut out cookie cutters with a notch and place them on a greased baking dish.
