For a long time I tried to get bread from wholemeal flour with bran, but only this one turned out. Bread recipe is obtained by mixing different recipes.

After transferring the photo to jpeg, the colors flew away. The color of the bread is more similar to that of Darnitsk only with redness, but the crust already has a bright red hue. I don’t know what gave this color, after all, whole flour and 50 grams of bran do not add whiteness. The bran is dark enough. As for the taste, I can’t say, I don’t understand what the Ukrainian polar explorer or hearth bread should taste like. The fact that he does not look like a doctor's bread is for sure. The bread is really soft.
