Whey Wheat Rye Bread

Ingredients

Wheat flour 480 g
Rye flour 120 g
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Salt 2 tsp
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Milk serum 280 ml
Compressed yeast 10 g
Rye malt 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • A variation of the "Rye Bread" recipe for the Panasonic SD-ZB2512 bread machine. Dissolve the yeast in warm water (40 ml), add sugar and leave for 10-15 minutes. Steam the malt with boiling water (40 ml), let cool. Then add everything according to the instructions - first dry ingredients, then liquid.
  • Here is a photo of a cut loaf. I don't seem to indicate that another 80-90 ml of water is needed for yeast and malt.
