  • in. on it (paper) we pour a layer of streusel (it will absorb juice from berries, if something is juicy, such as cherries, plums, etc.), or a layer of sugar (sugar will eventually caramelize, for not very juicy: canned pineapple, peach, fresh apple, etc.).
  • from. lay out the dough.
  • Faceted glass.
  • Baking, pressure 1, 60-65 minutes. Good luck!

Note

I'm not a master at taking pies ...))

Maybe he's a little light, but I love those like that.

And as cherries, you don't need to bake longer ... although over time you can experiment (who loves sunburn). I baked this cake (the dough is very similar) https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=391155.0 10 minutes at a pressure of 1 and 40 minutes at a pressure of 3 ... the crust turned out to be beautiful, golden. Only this cake turned out much lower, and mine is high (it rose to the 8-cup mark).

Flour pour in parts and look at the consistency.

Ol, what kind of glass?
Point 5 is not yet clear. How to lay down? Cherries, sugar, then dough? If the peach is not sugar? Or how? I did not understand anything...
Why is he so pale? Is it what it should be? Today I baked a manna according to Lena-Shelena's recipe, so it turned out so fried .. Also baked for 65 minutes.
I’ll come up with what to make it with and bake one of these days .. Can I have frozen fruits?

Faceted glass. 5 point a bit explained ... re-read. I also took cherries from the freezer ... thawed, sprinkled a little with sugar, mixed and in a colander (drain). If there is a canned peach, then put a little sugar on the paper under it (caramelized) or you can streusel (decide for yourself).

Yesterday I bought strawberries, while I brought it in - I squeezed it normally. I decided to bake this strawberry pie. She put almost a kg of strawberries. BUT! Made a mistake, I forgot to cover the bottom in a saucepan. As a result, the strawberries stuck and the cake turned out to be ugly.
But incredibly delicious! Ol, the dough turned out gorgeous! Delicious! Thank you! I even ate two hot pieces yesterday.

Today my husband promised to bring the cherries from the dacha, I will do more with cherries and taking into account yesterday's mistakes.

InnaHow glad I am that everything worked out and was delicious! And with paper at the bottom it will be even better. The dough is really tasty ... the recipe was purely fancy, by the way. Okay, I'm waiting for the cherry pie report!

Ol, so it's hot even tastier than cold.) And it's great that the dough is made very quickly. For 5 minutes, I kneaded with a blender-whisk, poured it into a pressure cooker and that's it.
The truth is, apparently, when my kg of mint strawberries let the juice out, it boiled so much there - the saucepan was constantly hissing, all the while the pie was baking.

Here! For this juice I sprinkle streusel, in Russian this is an ordinary crumb from sl. butter, sugar and flour.

Ol, so I also poured !!! But apparently, since I didn't cover the bottom - the streusel didn't care about the bulb. The strawberries stuck and spoiled the "presentation" of the pie. Or is 1 kg of strawberries a bit too much? Although the pie turned out to be juicy.

As I did ... I poured the steisel both under and on the cherries ... without paper, everything will adhere unambiguously ... kg of strawberries is really a lot ... I wouldn't even dump it into starch ... I do a lot of streusel. Yes, everything is fine, the main thing is delicious!

Today I baked with cherries.
Ol, you will not believe, today just paper stuck to the bottom. Well, a few cherries. I had to soak it.
I put the cherries on the bottom and in the middle of the dough and stuck some more cherries. It turned out delicious. The cherry gave its sourness. I think my husband and I are hooked on this cake.

But today it turned out to be very beautiful and of the correct shape. Cherries, unlike strawberries, have not lost their shape. There was not as much juice as from strawberries (even the saucepan did not snort). As a result, everything is very beautiful. Can be served to guests.
olga4166
Inna, I am very glad that everything worked out! How could the paper stick? Have you smeared under it? And where is the sprinkling? And so the cake is very beautiful!
inka_kot
I smeared with margarine well under the paper. But probably sugar got there and it stuck.
I didn't do Streisel today. After yesterday's ugly looking pie, I decided to leave the open berries on top. I just poured cherries with sugar and a little flour. I poured the dough on top, put in more cherries and poured the remaining dough. All.

Now lit up with black currants to make. I think it will be unrealistically tasty. I really like such pies with such a dough.
olga4166
I see ... I got hooked on this dough myself ... I understand!
Or maybe the cherry juice with sugar soaked the paper ... and the paper stuck? That's why I sprinkle a lot of sprinkles.

Yes, 100%.
You can have a lot of sprinkles, but you want open berries. But it's okay, well, the paper stuck - to hell with it. But the berries are in place and get well from the saucepan.
I'll try with currants when they appear. I will do the same so that the currants remain at the top. I will report back later.
Maybe not pour sugar down, but only on the berries on top? Can't sprinkle it at all ??
olga4166
Well ... you can try. And you can also try the berries with sugar and mix in a colander. What do you think?
And we do it with sprinkles ... we love it. Yes, and here's another ... I smear the saucepan with melted margarine ... I put the paper on top and it is oiled ... it eats nothing ... theoretically, as it were .... What do you say?

I do exactly the same. I smear everything well with melted margarine and a silicone brush. The paper is immediately oiled completely. But apparently because of the sugar it still sticks. Sugar most likely falls down and freezes above the paper.
I got a new uniform today. So I'm going to make another cake. And I'll experiment with this in a couple of days.Currants and blueberries have already appeared, so there is a wide choice. )))

Ol, I just came up with a brilliant idea. If it works out, it will be a mega-cool pie. I'll report back in a couple of days.

Oh, and you hooked me with your pie. By the way, my husband and I ate the cherry in one day. And there was no crumb left.
olga4166
And yesterday I baked with strawberries. It's just that the code of the berries poured flour with sugar ... the juice did not go down ... but the top of the cake was full of juice craters ... how? I do not understand. Next time I'll just sprinkle berries on paper without sugar .... let's see what happens. By the way, I bake it in a Teflon Landlife, and I have long ago used my own bowl for jellied meat or something like that ... everything sticks to it cool!

What came to you?

Chet even intrigued me ... she had a mega idea ... Right now, I'll take a picture of the pie by the way.

Can we go to OK?
inka_kot
Come on. I'm going to OK.
Nothing sticks to my family at all. And the second one is Teflon too.

So I got a strawberry just like that, the top is all craters from juice. You see in the photo that it is all crooked. )))
olga4166
Everything was sticky to my family at once ...
I am asking for friends in OK ...
inka_kot
Ol, today I have black currant pie! Now this is my favorite taste! It is simply impossible to describe and convey in words the combination of currants and this test. And the pie didn't stick today! It took off with a whistle.
I am reporting.
I covered the paper, but today I cut out a larger circle so that it would go well on the edges. And I made a "side" of the dough so that he would not miss the juice from the berries. Put currants right on the paper.
🔗 🔗

Sprinkled currants with 3 teaspoons of sugar and put a wide layer of dough. I poked more currants. (Schaub was juicier))))))
🔗 🔗

Closed with the remaining dough.
🔗 🔗

And for baking. Nothing stuck, everything flew out of the saucepan perfectly. It turned out like this.
🔗 🔗

Well, in the context. I cut it hot, because it was unbearable.
🔗 🔗

I am ashamed to say that my husband and I are not gluttons, and we monitor our appearance ... but we ate more than half of the pie at a time. Straight hot. A small piece remains. ((((I told you that hot it tastes better than cold!

inka_kot
I also baked this blueberry pie. Also very tasty.
This time I put the berries in the middle of the dough and poured them on top.

Ol, I baked this pie with raspberries yesterday !!!! Delicious!!! Here is very, very straightforward! I didn't even take a picture, because I also ate it very quickly.
olga4166
And the raspberries in the middle and on the top as usual?

And the raspberries in the middle and on the top as usual?

I was afraid that the raspberries would turn into jam and put everything in the middle. A layer of dough, then raspberries, a layer of dough. Nothing was poured overhead.
olga4166
Got it ...
